Camp Overview

The Body Evolution Youth Performance Camp is designed to help young athletes build strength, speed, coordination, and confidence in a fun, structured environment. This half-day camp focuses on developing athletic fundamentals that transfer across all sports while teaching proper movement mechanics and safe strength training.


Athletes will improve:

  • Speed & agility

  • Strength fundamentals

  • Coordination & balance

  • Confidence in movement

  • Teamwork & leadership

  • Conditioning through fun competition

  • Week 2: Strength & Movement Fundamentals

  • Week 4: Total Athlete Performance

Pricing (June & July)

  • Weekly Rate: $140

  • Monthly Rate (4 weeks): $500
