Eloise Andrle

ELOISE ANDRLE is an individualized performance coach with 9 years of experience in coaching human movement. She strives to: understand each individual, meet them where they’re at in life, identify what drives them, and empower them to take their performance to the next level. This has made her successful in assisting individuals from the professional athlete to the desk athlete in reaching their goals. Competing in Olympic weightlifting at a high level has further led her to pursue peak performance for herself and her clients through an interdisciplinary approach. Eloise is from the Chicagoland area and enjoys a well pulled espresso, beach days, travel, float tanks, and Jesus.

Qualifications include: MS Applied Exercise Science with a dual concentration in Sports Performance and Human Movement Science from Concordia University Chicago, BS in Exercise Science from DePaul University, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) from NSCA, Certified Sports Nutritionist (CISSN) from ISSN, Sports Performance Coach (L1) from USAW, Crossfit L1 Trainer, Certified Mindset Specialist (L1&2) from EYL, Certified Speed & Agility Coach and Weightlifting Performance Coach from NSPA, Jumps Specialist from AA, EXOS Courses: The Applied Neuroscience of Peak Performance & Tactical Training Systems, Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED

Matt Bjornson

Matt has been a Strength and Conditioning Coach on Ft. Benning with the Tactical Athlete Performance Center for the last 3 years. Before working with the Army, he worked at multiple other sport performance facilities specializing in collegiate and youth athletics, strength and conditioning, Olympic lifting and speed programs. He has worked with both male and female athletes of various ages, stages, and sports, in groups and individually through personal training, for many years. He believes in mentoring the next generation of athletes, preventing injuries, and preparing them for the biggest playing field of all, adulthood. Matt has his CSCS with the NSCA and holds a Master’s Degree from LaGrange College in Strength and Conditioning and an undergraduate in Exercise Science from Columbus State University. He competes in powerlifting and regularly volunteers as a baseball coach with the Harris County Rec League. Matt has two amazing children and when he’s not coaching or competing, he is the official roadie/waterboy/#1 fan for his son who plays travel hockey.

Victoria McGuinn

 Victoria adds a versatile approach and style to the way she coaches.  Victoria is a Master Fitness instructor for the Army and brings 5 years of experience from working with the army and civilians.

 
Victoria is not new to hard work and helping others reach their goals, while she was in college she was a successful student-athlete and excelled in Pole vaulting and soccer.  You can still find Victoria today playing soccer with her family and friends.
