Athlete Customized Programming
Looking for someone to guide you towards a specific goal but want to workout on your own time? Our custom and pre-made programsare perfect for you!
Using a Needs Analysis we will determine the best program for you and your goals. Your programming will include: specific warmup drills, macronutrient breakdown, workouts, conditioning and recovery.
Your Program will also adjust based on travel, available equipment and any injuries you may have.
Custom programming can be in person or online through our custom App.
Nutrition Coaching & Meal Plans
Monthly coaching is a dialogue between the Registered Dietitian and client to figure out their biggest hurdles and help them overcome each one. There are daily habits, education and interaction between client and dietitian over the app, video, phone and emails.
Meals plans are based on the clients food preferences and tailor made after getting feedback for a normal schedule. This is NOT just a piece of paper that repeats “Fish & rice” over and over again, instead it is a template to help guide the client through different days, travel and obstacles they will encounter. This includes education and a menu to choose from.
Coaching and meal plans can be done online or in person.
