Monthly coaching is a dialogue between the Registered Dietitian and client to figure out their biggest hurdles and help them overcome each one. There are daily habits, education and interaction between client and dietitian over the app, video, phone and emails.
Meals plans are based on the clients food preferences and tailor made after getting feedback for a normal schedule. This is NOT just a piece of paper that repeats “Fish & rice” over and over again, instead it is a template to help guide the client through different days, travel and obstacles they will encounter. This includes education and a menu to choose from.
