App Options

The Powell Performance App was developed to deliver the most Individualized Sport Performance, Movement Recovery, Personal Training Programs to you no matter where you are. The Powell Performance app allows you to workout anywhere at anytime.  Our team of experts will design you an optimal program to help you reach your full potential.  All workouts come with instructional videos and examples of exercises to make sure your form is perfect!  The app allows you direct access with your coach so they can work with you to help you meet your overall goals.

Pro Plan

The pro plan allows us to be your full-time coach and monitor your nutrition.  With this plan you are given a customized workout plan that will help you reach your goals, whether you are working towards weight loss or preparing for an upcoming competition. You will also be working with a Registered Dietitian who will work with you to develop a customized meal plan.

Elite Plan

The Elite plan is perfect if you are looking for individualized programming, accountability, one-on-one check-ins with your coach, and overall nutrition guidance.

Advanced Plan

This plan offers goal specific workouts, including weight loss, strength, toning, and military readiness.  This plan also offers coaching where our CSCS coaches will look at form, send feedback, and adjust your program as needed. This option is perfect for those ready to take the next step in their fitness goals.
