Matt Powell

Matt Powell is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach, US Special Operations Head Performance Coach, international Strongman, and Registered Dietitian with almost two decades of Strength Coaching experience. Powell has worked with the NFL’s Cleveland Browns, Chicago Bears, as well as multiple Division 1 universities including Temple – where he played football –The University of Connecticut, College of Charleston, and Southeastern Louisiana University. Matt also worked as country music superstar Sam Hunt’s personal trainer on tour. Matt received his RD from the University of Northern Colorado. Powell has worked with bodybuilders, figure, physique and bikini competitors utilizing his programming and nutrition expertise.  Through his experiences Matt has cultivated a holistic approach to fitness, incorporating both nutrition and performance for optimal results.
